Gad Sabbatier<\/h3>

Gad Sabbatier has an engineering background, with over 15 years’ experience in biotechnologies, deeptech and RetD. Gad is an expert in technology transfer and the development of high-tech products. At present, it supports researchers in their development and transfer projects from the laboratory to the marketplace. As co-founder of The 2nd Lab, he enables graduate and postdoctoral researchers to build impactful careers, combining mentoring and professional development. With over 10 years’ experience in fundraising and non-profit management, Safwen specializes in international development and education initiatives. Safwen has led skills-building programs, reformed career centers and managed USAID projects worth millions of dollars.
