The training of graduate students and postdoctoral researchers represents the foundation of a culture and society rich in innovation. However, more than 80% of graduate students and postdoctoral researchers do not feel supported in their career beyond academia.
The challenges we face are unprecedented. The tools that future workers will need require innovation, agility and resilience. Our program empowers our mentees to realize their full potential and find careers that positively impact our society.
